Local Community Joins Dime Bank to Celebrate Completion of Bank and Branch Office Renovations

Norwich, CT - August 13, 2026

On Wednesday, August 12, Dime Bank welcomed approximately 75 guests and friends from greater Norwich and nearby communities to celebrate the completion of recent renovations at the bank’s corporate headquarters and branch office at 290 Salem Turnpike in Norwich. The Greater Norwich Area Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern CT served as co‑hosts for the event and ribbon cutting.

Nick Statoulas, Dime Bank’s President and Chief Executive Officer, thanked attendees for “believing in community banking and entrusting our Dime Bank team members to provide financial solutions to meet the needs of our customers and local businesses.” Statoulas went on to highlight the significant impact Dime has as a community bank.
