Banking When You Need Us Most

An update to branch hours effective January 2, 2027

At Dime, we're committed to providing you with the best possible banking experience. As part of our ongoing efforts to meet our customers' needs, we recently conducted an in-depth review of customer activity across our branch network, including traffic patterns, transaction volumes, and overall branch activity to better understand when and where our services are used most often.

As a result, some branch hours will be changing effective January 2, 2027. These adjustments will help ensure that we have the right resources available when you need us most, while continuing to provide convenient access to a full range of banking services. In some cases, these adjustments include extended Friday hours at locations where customer demand has been higher.
