Due to the large number we receive each year, all sponsorship requests should be submitted a minimum of 90 days in advance of your event for consideration. Please take a moment to complete our sponsorship form.

Frequently asked questions

All sponsorship requests should be submitted a minimum of 90 days in advance of your event for consideration.

Yes, as the requests for support have grown tremendously over the last several years, we have prioritized our support to local organizations that are headquartered and hosting fundraisers within the towns where we have a branch present.

There are a few event themes that Dime Bank does not support. Including (but not limited to): 

  • Religious events or fundraisers 
  • Political campaigns, organizations, or advocacy efforts 
  • Comedy shows 
  • Alcohol-focused events 
  • Any opportunity that conflicts with our company values 
  • Scholarships or scholarship funds for other organizations. 
  • National causes or charities. We prefer to support local non-profit organizations where we can make more of an impact for our neighbors within our community.

Please keep in mind that for event sponsorships, we are interested in opportunities that include marketing benefits such as program ads, banner hanging, logo placement, etc. If you are looking for funding for events that do not fall under a traditional sponsorship with marketing benefits, you’re welcome to explore grant opportunities through the Dime Foundation. 

Dime Bank sponsorships are given with the understanding that there will be brand awareness opportunities associated with that sponsorship such as program ads, banner hanging, logo placement, etc. 

Grants can be given through the Dime Bank Foundation if the organization fits within the eligibility requirements. To learn more, please visit our Dime Foundation page.

No, it is not required to be a bank customer to receive a sponsorship. However, priority is given to community organizations that have an existing banking relationship with Dime Bank.
